Tara holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Tara, a young vibrant professional, specializes in work conditioning, return to work, and cardiac rehabilitation programs.
Her background in work conditioning began with The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. in San Antonio, TX. Tara began her pursuit of a healthy lifestyle at an early age, as a competitive speed swimmer. She was a former member of the ULM Women's Division 1 Swim Team. Her main goal is to lead by example, motivation others to experience a well balanced quality of life. Tara has recently worked to develop an agreement with VIHA to offer the Take Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation program at Oceanside Physiotherapy & Work Conditioning Centre. |
